We visit the source to collect and transport to our company scrap generated from used steel products and factory scrap generated from processing processes at factories, etc., which our customers request us to dispose of.

Lightweighting is performed using an accurate and reliable lightweighting system. Lifting magnets and manual operation by specialized staff are used to carefully sort and remove foreign materials. At this stage, ferrous and nonferrous materials are sorted, dust is separated, and the dust is finally disposed of as waste.

Steel scrap is processed into steelmaking raw materials using equipment such as guillotines (cutting), presses (compressing), and gas (cutting), depending on its characteristics.

This is a processing method in which steel scrap, which is mainly empty cans, new cuttings discharged from factories, and other relatively thin materials with a lot of space inside, are compacted in a mold and formed into a compact box shape.

Thick and long materials such as pipes and building materials are cut into fixed lengths. A shearing (cutting process) machine called a "guillotine" is used to enclose the material. Steel scrap collected by buckets or magnets is sent to the cutting part for cutting.

If the material is thick, such as machinery or large scrap, the metal is melted and cut by hand using an acetylene gas burner. Depending on the material, further shearing (cutting process) may be performed after gas cutting.

Manifest slips are management slips issued by industrial waste generators to disposal contractors when they outsource the disposal of industrial waste, in order to prevent illegal dumping and ensure proper disposal.
By passing this manifest between the emitter, the collection and transportation company, and the disposal company, the waste flow and disposal status can be grasped on their own. The emitter must keep this manifest for five years and submit annual results and other information to the prefectural government or government-ordinance-designated city.
